Why force me to get a Jamaica lawyer, when they are corrupt

Based on my recent experience with attornies at law in Jamaica, I am asking the heads of the court system how they can even suggest that only lawyers should approach the court when we common people cant. AND a big Thank YOU Legal wiz for seeing me through the mess the attorney created.

I had to literally sell blood to pay my attorney-at-law, and he apparently was just taking me for a feeding ground. I called him from London and he initially told me it cost 5000 pounds to replace my lost title. I paid it in full. After another two years I did as he requested and sent another 2000 pounds. I asked him to get rid of persons squatting on my land and he asked me for another 2000 pounds which he got.
However after an entire year and my not being able to visit Jamaica I was told that the squatters were still living it up in my property and my title was still not sorted out. So I contacted the Legal Wiz team whom I found online.
The research showed nothing.. absolutely nothing was done by that attorney. I lost interest in the services of any attorney-at-law in Jamaica and so I asked for someone to assist as an agent. I got someone who was not an attorney nor real estate agent, but I had to give them a power of attorney. The legal wiz team put me on to that someone who I paid only —— Jamaican dollars to serve notice, summons and get someone to attend court for an order to remove the squatters. That bit only cost me far far less than I paid the attorney. The person even assisted in sorting out the title as absolutely nothing was filed at Titles office.
I found out it takes six weeks just for General Legal council to get that attorney to respond and so as not to cause any trouble I just abandoned the idea.

Now I need to rely on someone to evict some tenants and am being told only an attorney at law should go to court in my absence. This is rubbish!!! How can a rule like that be made by a Judge who cant indicate how the attorney-at-law will be paid. I hope they do not think its from my hard dollars as after all Ive been through. My real attorney is the person who maintained honesty and transparency and reasonable legwork fees to sort out my property for me, although not an attorney-at-law.
